3-4 Tilapia filets
2 Tbs. of butter
2 Tbs. dried basil
2 Tbs. lemon juice
Step 1: Place your Tilapia in a glass baking dish. Melt 1 Tbs. butter, add 1 Tbs. basil, and 1 Tbs. of lemon juice. Brush the butter mixture over the fish and broil on high for 7 minutes.
Step 2: Turn fish and repeat step one.
